Grass Fed Ground Beef Taco Meat
Now that we're carrying Los Compadres' fresh tortillas, taco night has never been easier. We use our famous 'brisket burger' ground beef, stewed tomatoes and caramelized onions, mixed with our house blend of taco seasoning to make this super tasty filling. It's also great mixed with Sonoran Pasta Co. Fresh Reginetti.
Black Angus Prime Beef Sloppy Joes
To make this old fashioned favorite we use our freshly ground prime filet and ribeye trim and slow simmer it with chili powder, tomatoes, peppers onions and brown sugar. Its perfect to pile onto a fresh roll or to sauce up a salad. Either way it's dang delicious!
We use our fresh ground, grass fed beef and pork with fresh veggies, chipotle chilies, house made beef broth and dark beer. Top with cheddar cheese and sour cream and a thick piece of crusty bread for dunking.
This traditional Italian dish uses our heritage pork and pasture raised beef with garlic, onion, carrots and plump tomatoes. Wine and milk finishes this traditional meat sauce and makes it perfect for mixing in with your favorite pasta (...or just eating right over the stove).
Smoked Pork Green Chili
We start with fresh pork shoulder, marinate it and smoke it nice and slow. We add that juicy pork into the caramelized onions, fire roasted poblanos, jalapeños, hatch chilis and tomatillos. Finally, after adding our rich Market Broth we let it simmer about 6 hours. If you've ever walked into our shop while this was being made, odds are, you've already taken some home. Take & Bake
Our 2# portions can bake from frozen or thawed in about an hour. Take it home and bake it or keep it in the freezer for another night. $35 each.
