Taco night has never been easier...

We use our famous 'brisket burger' ground beef, stewed tomatoes and caramelized onions, mixed with our

house blend of taco seasoning to make this

super tasty filling for taco salads or to fill our

freshly delivered (and hand made) Benny Blanco Tortillas.

Black Angus Prime Beef Sloppy Joes- by the quart

To make this old fashioned favorite we use our freshly ground prime filet and ribeye trim and simmer it with chili powder, tomatoes, peppers onions and a touch of brown sugar.

It's perfect to pile onto a fresh roll or to sauce up a salad.

Either way it's dang delicious! 


Market Chili - by the quart

My Dad's Recipe... We use our fresh ground, 100% grass fed beef and pork with fresh veggies, chipotle chilies, house made beef broth and dark beer (and beans of course).

Dress it up with shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream 

or heat it up and eat it right out of the container. No Rules here. 

Bolognese- by the quart

We cut and grind fresh Pasture Raised Beef, Pork, Lamb & Rossotti Ranch Veal to make up our traditional Italian 'Meat Sauce'. It is then simmered overnight with fresh garlic, onion, carrots and plump Roma tomatoes and finished with 

dry white wine.  Serve it piping hot over fresh

Sonoran Pasta Co. Fresh Reginetti, Gemelli or Bucatini. 


Prime Philly Cheesesteak  - by the quart

We got the seal of approval at our Winter Pop-Ups with this fan favorite. We shave our dry-aged Prime Ribeye, season and sautée it with Onions, Peppers & Mushrooms...

Green Chili Pork Carnitas- by the pint

The flavor on our carnitas is a balanced of savory, smoky and a hint of spice. We start by smoking our pork shoulders low and slow on pecan wood, then shredding and braising the pork in a bath of hatch green chilies, jalapeños, lard and garlic. You can make tacos, quesadillas, salads or sandwiches with our carnitas.

Pro Tip: Benny Blanco tortillas are delivered fresh every Wednesday for a  delicious match made in heaven.    


Authentic Mexican Style Pinto Beans-by the pint

Our traditional style have been simmered in our pork broth and slightly mixed to get the perfect texture. Fresh Mexican oregano, lard and salt finish these beans off for the best beans to add to our carnitas... or to be served as a side to grilled meats (or to be eaten solo strait out of the container). 

Take & Bake

Our 2# portions can be baked from frozen or thawed in about an hour.

Take it home and bake it or keep it in the freezer for another night. $35 each. 

Green Chili Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf

We mix freshly ground, Prime Angus beef, house made bacon, sharp cheddar cheese and slightly spicy green chilies for a fantastically delicious,

easy to make dinner. 

Veal Mushroom Meatloaf with Pork Belly
