A Note on our Inventory:

We will continue to cut fresh all week. We may run a bit low on some cuts, but we will not run out. 

 

Due to the demand, we are limiting pre orders to our Prime Beef ONLY.

 Prime Ribeyes, Filet, Strip Steaks, Porterhouses, 

T-bones,  prime rib and tenderloin roasts until things settle down.

With our Grass Fed Beef, Pork, Chicken, Eggs & Lamb

we will operate on a first come, first served basis until further notice.

We understand how frustrating that is, and we do sincerely apologize.

WHOLE CHICKENS AND EGGS (limit 1 per person)

 PORK  Ground Pork, Osso Bucco, Boston Butt, Pork Belly, Picnic/Shoulder & Boneless Top Cut Sirloin Steaks, Spare Ribs, Country Ribs & Chops.

 LAMB Leg of Lamb, Fore & Hind Shanks.
